Ingredients
- Potato 5 oz
- Duck Breast 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Carrot 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Salted honey mushrooms 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the duck breast in salted water and let it cool. Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins and then peel them.
Step 2
Cut the duck breast and salted mushrooms into thin strips, grate the vegetables on a coarse grater, and the egg on a fine grater. Layer the ingredients in the following order: potato, duck, mushrooms, egg, carrot. Spread mayonnaise on each layer.
Step 3
Finally, garnish with egg yolk and herbs.
