Ditalini Salad with Prosciutto and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 20 oz
- Marinated cherries 20 oz
- Scallions 4 pieces
- Pitted olives 8 pieces
- Capers 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Prosciutto 4 slices
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped green onions, finely chopped olives, capers, finely chopped basil, sliced prosciutto, Parmesan, vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Serve at room temperature.
