Description

Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons
- Courgette 1 piece
- Scallions to taste
- Onion 0 oz
- Romaine lettuce ½ bunch
- Salt a pinch
- Potato ½ piece
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors 1 piece
- Carrot ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise. Add salt to taste and finely chopped green onion.
Step 2
Spread the sauce on the lavash.
Step 3
Cut the boiled potato, carrot, cucumber, and tomato into long strips.
Step 4
Place the vegetables on the lavash and cover with lettuce leaves.
Step 5
Roll it up.
