Ingredients
- Pumpkin 20 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Apple 2 pieces
- Grapefruits 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and blanch it (pour boiling water over it and let it sit for a few minutes, then drain the water so the onion becomes sweet but remains crunchy).
Step 3
Cut the pumpkin, apples, and chicken breast into small pieces. Mix together with the onion.
Step 4
Slice the grapes and add them to the salad.
Step 5
Add salt, sugar, and dress with olive oil.
