- Celery salt 3 stalks
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Napa Cabbage 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, chop the celery stalks into small pieces, then add the shrimp.
Step 2
Boil the egg. Then separate it into the white and yolk. Chop the white.
Step 3
You will need 2 leaves of Napa cabbage — chop the cabbage. Mix everything together. Add oil and lemon juice to taste.
Step 4
Grate the yolk on top.
