Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Romaine lettuce ½ bunch
- Finn Crisp Traditional Crispbread 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Dried Chamomile to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Ground clove to taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dressing, mix yogurt and mustard, add salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill it and slice.
Step 3
Rub the crispbreads with the garlic clove and break them into small pieces.
Step 4
Tear the lettuce leaves by hand, add a spoonful of dressing, and gently mix. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate, top with pieces of chicken and crispbreads, drizzle with the remaining dressing, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
