Description

You can blend any vegetables, and the finished cocktail can be garnished not only with mint but also with your favorite herbs: basil, cilantro, or parsley.

  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
  • Pears 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Sparkling water 5 fl oz
  • Celery stalk 0 oz
  • Mint 0 oz
  • Lime Juice 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the tomatoes: make a cross-cut with a knife on the tomato. Then place it in a pot of hot water for 30 seconds, remove the tomato, and put it in cold water for 1 minute. Then take the burst piece of skin and pull it off. Peel the entire tomato this way.

Step 2

Remove the core from the bell pepper and peel the pear.

Step 3

Place all the cocktail ingredients in a blender and blend them until smooth.

Step 4

Slice the celery stalk thinly for garnish.

Step 5

Pour the resulting drink into a glass or a bowl.

Step 6

Garnish with fresh mint on top, drizzle lime juice over the mint, and place a few slices of celery beside it.
