- Remoulade Sauce 0 oz
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 2 bunches
- Sweet Red Onion 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Spread butter thinly on a slice of rye bread.
Step 2
Spread a thick layer of pâté on top.
Step 3
Place slices of salami on the pâté.
Step 4
Decoratively squeeze remoulade sauce on top.
Step 5
Sprinkle fried onion and sliced pickled cucumber on the sauce.
Step 6
Elegantly garnish with a lightly cut wedge of orange. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
