- Dandelion leaves 10 oz
- Chicory 1 piece
- Bacon 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Shallot 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Step 2
Wash the dandelion leaves and chicory, dry them, and chop.
Step 3
Chop the shallots.
Step 4
Slice the bacon thinly and fry it in olive oil. Remove the bacon, then add the wine to the oil and warm it up.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad with the wine sauce.
