- Pistachios 3 tablespoons

- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step 1
Thoroughly wash the young dandelion leaves and chop them.
Step 2
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet and combine them with the dandelion leaves.
Step 3
