Ingredients
- Water 135 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Orange juice concentrate 1 cup
- Dandelion leaves 0 lbs
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Lime Juice 3 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove 8 pieces
- Orange zest 3 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 6 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in 60 ml of warm water.
Step 2
Rinse the flowers. Transfer them to 4 liters of water, adding orange juice, lime juice, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Then add the zests, ginger, cloves, and sugar.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 1 hour.
Step 5
Strain through a very fine sieve.
Step 6
Cool to a warm state and add the yeast.
Step 7
Leave overnight, then bottle. Seal tightly and place in a warm spot for 3 weeks.
