Description
I, my friends, am a hundred percent meat lover! But sometimes even carnivores need to munch on some greens. Especially when they are prepared deliciously. It can be served with mashed potatoes or simply with whole grain bread, however you like. I highly recommend it! Yours, John the Chef.
Ingredients
- Daikon 1 piece
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Greens 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, take the Japanese daikon radish, peel it, and cut it into random pieces.
Step 2
Chop the greens (dill, parsley, green onion) and add them to the daikon.
Step 3
Add salt to taste and drizzle with aromatic (unrefined) sunflower oil to taste. Mix well.
