
Daikon Salad

Description
You can use any vegetable oil instead of olive oil. A special flavor can also be added to the salad with aromatic unrefined sunflower oil.
Ingredients
- Daikon 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the daikon and grate it using a coarse grater.
Step 3
Add the grated carrot.
Step 4
Then add the chopped fresh cucumber.
Step 5
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 6
Add the parsley to the salad.
Step 7
Add salt.
Step 8
Add pepper and mix.
Step 9
Pour in 1–2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix again.
Step 10
The salad is ready to serve.
