  • Oranges 2 pieces
  • Macadamia Nuts 0 oz
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Yogurt powder 5 oz
  • Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
  • Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Eel 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the oranges, remove the membranes, cut the pulp into small pieces, and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Peel the cucumbers, cut them crosswise into 4 parts, remove the core, and chop the remaining part into small pieces.

Step 3

Toast the cashews in a dry skillet and chop them coarsely.

Step 4

Combine the oranges and cucumbers. Add the nuts. Dress with a sauce made from yogurt and cream with added vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Serve the mixture on lettuce leaves.
