Ingredients
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Radish 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Scallions 1 stalk
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the cucumbers into long, thin half-moons.
Step 2
Slice the radishes in the same way.
Step 3
Cut the cheese (I used low-fat children's cheese) into small cubes.
Step 4
Chop the green onion into thin rings.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, sour cream, and mix well.
Step 6
Cut the egg lengthwise in a cross and once across, add it to the salad and stir gently.
