  • Cucumbers 6 pieces
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger 1 teaspoon
  • White Wine Vinegar ½ cup
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Peel the cucumber, leaving thin strips of skin, and slice it very thinly.

Step 2

Salt the cucumbers and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Mix the remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Squeeze out the excess liquid from the cucumbers and add it to the dressing. Mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Add the cucumbers to the dressing.

Step 6
