  • Green Onion (Scallions) 3 pieces
  • Rice Vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • Toasted sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Chili Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Gently crush the cucumbers with a rolling pin or the bottom of a pot until they become soft.

Step 2

Then tear them into pieces by hand.

Step 3

Transfer the cucumbers to a colander; mix with 1 teaspoon of salt.

Step 4

Let them sit for 10 minutes, then drain the excess liquid.

Step 5

Transfer the cucumbers to a bowl and mix with green onions, unseasoned rice vinegar, and sesame seeds, adding salt to taste. Drizzle with chili oil. Enjoy your meal!
