- Turnips 15 oz
- Roasted Peanuts ¾ cup
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Mint 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil ¼ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1½ teaspoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Grate the carrots using a large grater or mandoline into thin strips.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the carrots, peanuts, parsley, and mint.
Step 3
