Crispy Bread with Omelette
Ingredients
- Toasts 6 pieces
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Cream 3 tablespoons
- Green peppercorns ½ piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Feta cheese 6 tablespoons
- Paprika to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and cut it into very thin rings, and cut the seeded pepper into small cubes. Mix them, season with salt and paprika. Sauté in butter until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the cream and pour this mixture over the vegetables. Cook on low heat under a lid for 4 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into 6 equal triangles.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds. Spread 1 tablespoon of feta on each piece of bread, top with a slice of tomato and a piece of omelette. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
