Description
Whiskey can be replaced with vodka. It can be made without eggs, in which case the liqueur will not be as thick.
Ingredients
- Irish Whiskey 15 fl oz
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Cream 22% 10 fl oz
- Instant coffee 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Egg white 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks, condensed milk, and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Add the instant coffee and continue mixing. Then add the cream and mix for 5–6 minutes.
Step 2
Gradually pour in the whiskey while continuing to mix with the mixer.
Step 3
Pour the finished liqueur into bottles and let it infuse in the refrigerator for 2–3 days. During this time, shake the liqueur.
