Ingredients
- Crab sticks in brine 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Carrot 5 oz
- Potato 10 oz
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the carrots, potatoes, and cauliflower separately until tender. Cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes, and break the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard and cut them into cubes. Cut the tomatoes in the same way.
Step 3
Whisk together the vegetable oil and vinegar, then add the sugar, salt, and pepper, mixing until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 4
Marinate the crab sticks in an oil and vinegar mixture for a few minutes.
Step 5
Mix all the prepared ingredients, except for the crayfish, and dress with mayonnaise. Place the salad on a plate, top with the crayfish tails, and garnish.
