Ingredients
- Crayfish 10 pieces
- Eel 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Green Peas 0 oz
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Turnips 0 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the crayfish with the boiled vegetables. Add diced egg whites, chopped tomatoes, and green peas. Mix well.
Step 2
For the dressing, mash the yolk and whisk with sour cream. Add finely chopped prunes.
Step 3
Dress the salad, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Boil the crayfish in boiling water with chopped dill, peel, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 5
Hard boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Dice the whites.
