Ingredients
- Crawfish Tails in Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Sour Cream 4 teaspoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Mixed Spicy Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cooked crayfish tails in a dish.
Step 2
Dice the sweet pepper, slice the onion into thin half-rings, rinse with sparkling water, and finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
Peel the apple, remove the seeds, and slice it thinly.
Step 4
Peel the orange (or grapefruit) and remove the membranes, adding the seedless pulp to the dish.
Step 5
Season with salt, add sour cream, spices, and vinegar. Mix well. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a crystal salad bowl.
