Ingredients
- Crayfish 10 pieces
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Aspen mushrooms 5 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the crayfish and boil them in salted water with dill. Peel the tails and claws of the crayfish and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Clean the white mushrooms, rinse, and boil. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard and cut them into cubes.
Step 4
Boil the celery root, peel it, and cut it into cubes.
Step 5
Chop the pickled cucumbers.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
