
Cranbambula with Red Pepper

Ingredients
- Vodka 25 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Ground clove 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Ground Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Water 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix 1 cup of water and half of the vodka.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring it almost to a boil.
Step 4
As soon as the first timid bubbles appear, add the honey.
Step 5
Stir in the spices and add the whole red pepper.
Step 6
Simmer the contents of the saucepan just below boiling for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from heat, add the remaining vodka, and let it sit covered for a while.
Step 8
Afterward, strain through several layers of cheesecloth.
Step 9
Cranbambula can be served hot or cold, so it's recommended to pour the hot drink into heat-resistant shot glasses and drink immediately.
Step 10
Seal the remaining cranbambula in a bottle, store it in a dark place, and let it sit for a few days, then strain again and compare the result.
