
Crab Stick Salad

Description
You can replace half of the mayonnaise with sour cream. Optionally, you can add pickles.
Ingredients
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Crab sticks in brine 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Rice 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 4 spoons
- Herbs ½ bunches
- Cucumbers 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, add water in a ratio of 1:2, bring to a boil, and then cook covered on low heat for 15–20 minutes. Let the cooked rice cool.
Step 2
Finely chop the crab sticks. Also chop the onion, cucumber, and eggs. Mix the chopped ingredients with corn and cooked rice.
Step 3
Mix everything together, then add chopped herbs and mayonnaise to taste.
