This salad is best enjoyed slightly chilled.
Ingredients
- White Cabbage 1 head
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Crab sticks in brine 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For this salad, white cabbage or Napa cabbage is best. Shred the cabbage, finely chop the crab sticks, cucumber (with skin or without), boiled eggs, and onion, previously pouring boiling water over the onion for 7-10 minutes to remove bitterness.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together, adding corn, mayonnaise, herbs, and salt/pepper to taste.
