Crab salad with cucumber and green onions
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Crab sticks in brine 5 oz
- Dill ½ bunches
- Scallions ½ bunches
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Cucumbers 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the crab sticks into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and grate it using a large grater.
Step 3
Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
Step 4
Combine all the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl (make sure to squeeze out any excess juice from the cucumber beforehand).
Step 5
Add the chopped green onions and dill.
Step 6
Season to taste and dress with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Transfer the prepared salad onto a plate, pressing it into a metal ring.
Step 8
Carefully remove the ring and serve the salad at the table, garnished with green onion shoots.
