Crab Salad with Corn

Ingredients
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Pickles 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Eel 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them, let them cool slightly, and cut into small slices.
Step 2
Wash the pickles and peel them, wash the tomatoes and dry them; slice both into rounds.
Step 3
Wash and chop the lettuce.
Step 4
Mix the potatoes with canned or fresh boiled corn and some of the chopped lettuce.
Step 5
Dress with mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper.
Step 6
Arrange the salad in a tall mound in the center of a bowl or salad dish, place the sliced crab pieces on top, and surround with slices of tomatoes, pickles, and the remaining lettuce.
