Pink apples that are not sour and firm, such as 'Crispin' or 'Golden', are best. Use 2 apples (if small) or one large one.
Ingredients
- Apple 1 piece
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Long-Grain Rice 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Crab sticks in brine 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and eggs (watch the rice to prevent it from sticking).
Step 2
Dice the apples, crab meat (sticks), and eggs.
Step 3
As you chop and cook, add the ingredients to the bowl. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Finally, dress with mayonnaise.
