- Blue Crabs 10 oz
- Turnips 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Eel 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Cut the prepared vegetables into small cubes, and slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 2
Before serving, chop the lettuce, reserving a few leaves for garnish, and place it in a mound in the salad bowl.
Step 3
Arrange the vegetables around the mound of salad. In the center of the mound on the lettuce, place the pieces of crab (without juice).
