Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Canned Corn 15 oz
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 12 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste
- Malt Vinegar to taste
- Avocado 5 oz
- TABASCO® to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Oregano 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers, then dice the crab meat and cheese, and cut the tomatoes in half or into quarters.
Step 2
Arrange the salad greens, corn, cheese, cucumbers, crab meat, and tomatoes on a plate.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, add oregano, a few drops of TABASCO, a little lemon juice, a tablespoon of olive oil, wine vinegar, and guacamole (if in a shared salad bowl, mix well; if served individually, guacamole can be placed as a dip).
