Ingredients
- Round Bun 5 pieces
- Veal Mince 10 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Pickles 3 pieces
- Ketchup to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese 1 piece
- Eel to taste
- Spanish onions 5 oz
- 9% Vinegar 10 tablespoons
- Water 15 tablespoons
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make the marinade for the onion. To do this, mix vinegar, water, and sugar. Slice the onion into rings and place it in the marinade for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Soak one bun in milk, then mix it with the minced meat. Shape flat patties and fry them for 5–7 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Slice the pickles thinly. Cut the bun in half. Spread ketchup on it, add lettuce, a patty, cheese, tomato, onion, and pickles, then cover with the other half of the bun.
