Ingredients
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Cilantro 4 stems
- Watercress to taste
- Freshly squeezed orange juice 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shred the crab meat into fibers, removing any shell pieces.
Step 2
Slice one cucumber lengthwise into thin strips using a special grater. Cut the second cucumber into thin sticks, mix with the crab meat and chopped cilantro. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and stir.
Step 3
Place a small amount of the crab salad on cucumber petals and roll them up. Top with a piece of Unagrande ricotta, garnish with watercress, and serve.
