Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Porcini Mushrooms 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, let them cool, and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Boil the mushrooms. Cut the champignon mushrooms in half and chop the porcini mushrooms.
Step 3
Julienne the bell pepper, ham, and crab meat.
Step 4
For the dressing, whisk the mayonnaise with lemon juice, add the chopped porcini mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients, add pitted olives, and dress the salad.
