- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Lemon to taste
- Mango 0 oz
- Asparagus 0 oz
- Corn Salad 0 oz
- "Dry Hondashi Broth" to taste
- Sugar 0 oz
- Sake 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs, sake, sugar, and Hondashi seasoning into the omelette mixture.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated skillet and heat it up. Add black and white sesame seeds, along with bell pepper, and sauté. Then pour in the egg mixture and cook everything on both sides until a golden crust forms.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and slice the mango into strips.
Step 4
On the omelette pancake, layer the cheese, cherry tomatoes, lettuce leaf, crab leg, and asparagus in succession, then roll everything up. Seal the edges with a small amount of cream cheese and slice neatly.
