Crab and cheese ball salad
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Crab sticks in brine 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes once they start boiling. Cool them down by rinsing with cold water.
Step 2
Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater (you can leave one stick for garnish).
Step 3
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 4
Grate the eggs using a fine grater.
Step 5
In a salad bowl, combine the cheese, eggs, and half of the crab sticks. Add 2–3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a clove of garlic, minced through a garlic press. Mix until you achieve a homogeneous mass. From the mixture, form balls the size of a table tennis ball. Roll them in the remaining crab flakes.
Step 6
Arrange the finished balls on a plate, and if desired, garnish with sliced crab sticks and herbs.
