Ingredients
- Couscous 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Arugula 0 oz
- Corn Salad 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Tuna 10 oz
- Honey-Mustard Dressing 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare the couscous. Pour boiling water that is one and a half times the amount of couscous and cover with a lid.
Step 2
Tear the arugula, and if the leaves are large, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add them to the cooked couscous. Dress with green dressing.
Step 3
Coat the tuna steaks in sesame seeds and place them in a hot skillet with sesame oil.
Step 4
Sear the tuna over high heat for a short time, as the sesame oil burns quickly. Cook the tuna for 30 seconds on each side, depending on the thickness of your steaks; it can be less. The inside should remain pink! Slice the tuna diagonally into nice pieces.
Step 5
Serve the couscous on plates, place the tuna on top, and garnish with corn salad. Be sure to season the cut tuna with freshly ground black pepper and salt.
