Ingredients
- Water 1 cup
- Couscous 1 cup
- Green Figs 4 pieces
- Banana Leaves to taste
- Roasted Peanuts 0 oz
- Walnuts 1 tablespoon
- Goat cheese 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the couscous. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the couscous to a bowl and add the figs cut into quarters, slightly crushed walnuts, and crumbled goat cheese.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the walnut oil, lemon juice, and the insides of one fig. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix.
Step 4
On a plate, arrange the lettuce leaves and top with the prepared salad.
