Ingredients
- Rye Bread 6 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Mizuna to taste
- Radish 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the radish into thin rounds using a knife or a mandoline.
Step 2
Place the radishes in cold water; this will make them crisper and allow them to bend slightly into a cup shape.
Step 3
Finely chop the parsley and cilantro.
Step 4
Mix the cream cheese with sour cream.
Step 5
Add the parsley and cilantro, and mix well.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Toast the bread in a dry skillet or toaster until it is golden brown.
Step 8
Spread a generous layer of cheese cream on the bread.
Step 9
Place the radishes on the cream, having first patted them dry with a paper towel.
Step 10
Top with small leaves of mizuna and serve for breakfast.
