- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar 3 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Cucumbers 5 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 head

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, freshly ground pepper, and sugar (2 teaspoons leveled).
Step 2
Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 3
Cut the young cucumbers into thin slices.
Step 4
In a deep bowl, combine everything and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for an hour to chill.
