- Salt to taste
- Zucchini 4 pieces
- Zucchini flowers 10 pieces

- Chopped Parsley ¼ cup

- White Wine Vinegar ¼ cup
- Red pepper flakes ½ teaspoon

Step 1
To prepare the corn and zucchini salad, boil the corn in a large pot of salted boiling water until it turns bright yellow and tender (about 3 minutes), then transfer to a plate and let it cool.
Step 2
Remove the corn kernels from the cob and place them in a large bowl, add the zucchini, flowers, basil, parsley, oil, vinegar, and red pepper flakes, and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Top with feta cheese, then serve.
