- Corn Cobs 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Peanut Sprouts 5 cups
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves ½ cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar ½ cup
- Dried Apricots 5 pieces
- Pistachios ¼ cup
- Water 1 cup

Step 1
Cut the kernels off the corn cobs.
Step 2
Chop the onion and tomatoes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the corn, onion, tomatoes, and sprouts by hand.
Step 4
Blend all other ingredients at high speed in a blender.
