Corn and Prune Salad
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dried Yellow Plums 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Scallions 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, chop the prunes, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Mix half of the can of corn with the chopped prunes, grated cheese, eggs, and add mayonnaise and garlic to taste.
Step 3
Arrange in the shape of an ear of corn. If time allows, gently distribute the remaining corn over the salad (you can also press it down in a random order to help it hold together).
Step 4
Cut the green onion tops on one side to create wide strips, and use them to garnish the top.
