Corn and Prune Salad
Ingredients
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Prunes 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the prunes in warm boiled water for 2–3 hours. Before preparing the salad, rinse them and remove the pits, then chop finely.
Step 2
Boil the eggs, cool them, peel, and chop finely.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Either finely chop the garlic or crush it in a garlic press.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients together, adding the corn after draining the liquid from the can. Season with salt and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
