- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Spanish onions ¼ head
- Chopped Green Onions ¼ cup
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
