Colonial Chicken Salad
Salads • European
Description
This salad is inspired by the famous British dish — coronation chicken. It features marinated chicken in a spicy sauce with Indian spices (curry, cardamom) and mango chutney. The bistro version contains the same flavors and ingredients: mango, ginger, as well as red onion and raisins. The dressing is a blend of aioli, Worcestershire sauce, and of course, curry.
