Ingredients
- Green Papaya 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
- Pickled Apples 1 piece
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 3 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, and cut the grapes in half.
Step 2
Peel the apple, remove the seeds, and slice it thinly.
Step 3
Combine the cabbage, carrots, grapes, and apples in a large bowl. Add the shrimp. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet and add them to the bowl.
Step 4
Season with salt, dress the salad with yogurt or sour cream, and mix well.
