
Coleslaw with Radish

Description
The original recipe uses black sesame seeds. It's best to use young and sweet cabbage for the salad.
Ingredients
- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Radish 1 piece
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage.
Step 2
Grate the carrot and radish using a Korean salad grater. Mix with the cabbage, adding sesame seeds and seasoning with salt.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sesame oil, and honey. Season with salt.
Step 4
Add the dressing to the salad, mix well, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
