Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 10 oz
- Red Currant 10 oz
- White Cabbage 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Celery stalk 3 pieces
- Lime 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Sriracha 0 fl oz
- Peanut Butter 0 oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet in salted boiling water for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Shred the cabbage.
Step 4
Julienne the carrot and celery stalk.
Step 5
Tear the chicken fillet into shreds using your hands, or do it more quickly with a stand mixer using a paddle attachment.
Step 6
For the dressing, mix lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, peanut butter, and sesame oil until smooth.
Step 7
Chop the cilantro coarsely.
Step 8
In a large bowl, combine all the prepared vegetables, chicken, and dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
